PAYMENT POLICY
- In order to secure your booking, a deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking
- Full amount to be paid 8 weeks (56-days) prior to arrival (bank transfer)
- When a booking is made for a date within 8 weeks prior to arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking
- City Tax: 10€ per day
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and will only be effective when received by us. Cancellation policy is as below:- Up to 57 days prior to arrival: 75% refund of total booking price
- 56-29 days prior to arrival: 40% refund of total booking price
- 28 - 0 days prior to arrival: 0% refund of total booking price

- Minimum stay: 5 nights | July 1st to August 31st: 7 nights

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
